Hey ya'll
So with the rise of A.I image generators rising left and right, it has become increasingly hard to try and use a software that DOESN'T support this technology. Many of you know I am a STRONG disliker of A.I image generators as they do a metriad of things wrong such as:
-Steal artists work across thousands of images to generate the picture said person wants
-Consumes a TON of energy and is horrible for the environment. One image has enough power to power a fridge for an hour and a half.
With that being said, while I am not giving up at all on my series, I am coming to a halt for making a lot of new things. As even just 'avoiding" the generators while using said softwares doesn't sit right with me, and if an artist doesn't feel right with what they make, then they should follow their gut.
I intend to transfer my Daz3d files to blender and take the time to learn.
Due to this, Patreon is now on indefinnite hiatus, along with other 3d projects I had lined up (until I get blender down and figure shit out).
In other updates:
-The site that hosted the digital version of A Colored Book threatened to delete my whole account for wanting to make a digital version of Abstract Lovers. With that I cancelled my account with thema nd am currently looking for a new domain. In the mean time, digial version is unavailble to buy.
-I will still be tabling like normal! Will make a seperate page for upcoming appearances.
-Still debating on keeping comms open as I figure out software stuff. You are still more than welcome to hit me up for questions
-Will be stepping back from insta most likely indefinitely. Hasn't felt right being there, especially in lou of geneterators, META bullshit etc. Made a new acc on Tumblr and may try out Cara too.
-My next book though "Poems and Thoughts from a Black Genderfuck' is still in the works and happening, more on that later
-Plan on making a t-shirt and some acrylic standees based on some images I made in the past already.
